First Payment – 25% Due 60 days after deposit
Second Payment – 25% Due 120 days after deposit

All tour payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We require all guests to have travel insurance to protect against unexpected events such as medical or family emergencies.
If you need to cancel for a covered reason, you may submit a claim through your travel insurance provider. We also recommend considering a “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) policy for added flexibility and peace of mind.

This escape is designed for our equestrian babes and takes place in Big 5 territory, so all guests must be at an intermediate riding level or above.
